Print-O-Stat is seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for both internal and external customers, providing exceptional service while supporting daily administrative and operational functions.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can effectively balance multiple responsibilities. As a member of the Print-O-Stat team, you'll contribute to a positive customer experience while supporting a company that is committed to making a meaningful impact in the communities we serve.

What You'll Do:
  • Answer incoming phone calls and provide responsive, professional customer service
  • Assist walk-in customers and help address questions and requests
  • Process customer orders and invoices using company systems
  • Perform general administrative and clerical duties, including data entry, billing, filing, and record management
  • Support production and reprographics operations as needed
  • Assist with printing, scanning, document preparation, and electronic file distribution
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure information is entered correctly and efficiently
  • Collaborate with team members across departments to support daily operations and customer needs
  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned
