Job description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Reprographics Associate (Copy Operator) to support high-volume document production. This is a Contract position suited for someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced office setting and takes pride in delivering accurate, high-quality materials on deadline. The ideal candidate will manage copy and print requests, oversee finishing work, and help keep production equipment running smoothly while maintaining strong service standards.
Responsibilities:
• Produce high-volume black-and-white and color copy jobs while following requested specifications and turnaround expectations.
• Run production copiers and printers, select appropriate job settings, and organize active work in device queues to maintain steady output.
• Complete finishing tasks such as binding, laminating, folding, cutting, and hole drilling based on job instructions.
• Review materials throughout production to confirm image quality, alignment, completeness, and overall presentation.
• Replenish paper, toner, and other supplies to keep equipment ready for daily operation.
• Identify routine equipment issues, perform basic troubleshooting, and arrange service support when problems require escalation.
• Coordinate with supervisors and clients to clarify priorities, communicate delays, and address deadline-sensitive requests.
• Maintain an orderly production area and handle documents carefully to support accuracy, confidentiality, and efficient workflow.• At least 1 year of office services experience, ideally within a legal, banking, or large corporate environment.
• Hands-on familiarity with reprographics, photocopying, document scanning, and production print operations.
• Ability to use finishing equipment and follow detailed job instructions with a high degree of accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail with a consistent focus on quality and timely completion of work.
• Basic troubleshooting ability for printer and copier hardware, including knowing when to place service calls.
• Capacity to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis as part of daily responsibilities.
• Ability to remain standing for most or all of the workday.
• Clear communication skills and a detail-oriented approach to supporting client and team needs.
