Senior Onsite Print Specialist

Position Overview

We're seeking a customer-focused Sr. Onsite Print Specialist to support daily print production, document services, and office operations at a client site. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys working with printing technology, providing excellent customer service, and delivering high-quality finished products in a fast-paced environment.

Position Description:

  • Operate high-volume digital printers, copiers, scanners, and finishing equipment
  • Produce, bind, and deliver professional documents and presentations
  • Perform quality checks and basic troubleshooting on print equipment
  • Manage shipping, receiving, and distribution of materials and supplies
  • Respond to customer requests and provide outstanding service
  • Support meeting room setups and general office services as needed
  • Maintain production records, supply inventories, and job tracking logs
  • Coordinate service requests and escalate equipment issues when necessary

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1+ year of experience in print production, copy center, reprographics, office services, or a related environment
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently
  • Experience with printing, scanning, binding, shipping, or mail operations preferred

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
