Pride Health is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team in Saint Cloud, MN 56303. This is a 13 weeks contract with a possible extension.

Job Responsibilities:

• Implement treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Assist patients with therapeutic exercises, mobility training, and functional activities.
• Perform gait training using walkers, crutches, prosthetics, and other assistive devices.
• Assist with transfers, bed mobility, lifting techniques, and safe patient handling.
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and safety strategies.
• Monitor patient progress and document treatments in Epic EMR.
• Measure and record vital signs during therapy sessions.
• Utilize adaptive equipment, lifts, and mobility aids as needed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to support patient recovery.
• Provide rehabilitation services for orthopedic, neurological, cardiopulmonary, post-surgical, and geriatric patients.

Required Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience working as a PT Assistant.
• Associate degree required PT Assistant.
• MN state license as PT Assistant.
• BLS certification.

• Location: Saint Cloud, MN 56303
• Schedule: 40 hours/week – Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks
• Travel Gross weekly: $1,966
• W2 hourly pay: $18
• Weekly Stipend: $1246 = ($770 + $476)

*Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credentials.
