PRIDE Health is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a travel job in Hillsboro, Oregon.

Provide skilled occupational therapy services in accordance with state/federal regulations and facility guidelines. Responsible for evaluating patients, developing treatment and discharge plans, and delivering therapy to improve independence in daily living skills.\nResponsibilities:\n•\tEvaluate and treat patients per physician orders/referrals\n•\tDevelop and update individualized treatment/discharge plans\n•\tDocument services accurately and timely\n•\tSupervise COTAs per practice acts and facility policies\n•\tCollaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families\n•\tMaintain compliance with all safety and regulatory standards\nQualifications:\n•\tGraduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (MOT/OTD)\n•\tActive state OT license (or ability to obtain)\n•\tStrong clinical, documentation, and communication skills
