Position Summary:
The Reporting and Analytics Lead is responsible for designing, managing, and delivering reporting, workforce analytics, organizational modeling, and insights that support transformation initiatives within the Integration Management Office (IMO). This role serves as a strategic partner to the Ops Principles team providing data-driven insights that enable informed decision-making throughout the integration lifecycle.
The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capabilities, senior-level reporting expertise, and deep experience with organizational design and workforce analytics platforms, particularly Orgvue. This individual will establish reporting standards, develop analytics frameworks, monitor integration progress, and translate complex data into actionable recommendations that drive successful integration outcomes. Must have a strong financial understanding as there is strong collaboration required with the Value Creation team.
* This is a fixed term contract for 12 months with a possibility of extension*
What we are looking for?
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Finance, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in reporting, analytics, workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, consulting, transformation, or integration management.
  • 3+ years supporting mergers, acquisitions, integrations, large-scale transformations, or organizational redesign initiatives.
  • Experience with Orgvue, including organizational modeling, workforce analytics, scenario planning, and organizational design analysis.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, data analysis, and data visualization.
  • Strong understanding of organizational structures, workforce planning, and HR data.
  • Strong financial acumen and proven ability in collaborating with cross-functional partners/functions.

Key Responsibilities:
Reporting & Governance
  • Develop and maintain reporting packages, dashboards, scorecards, and KPI tracking for integration initiatives.
  • Establish reporting governance, data standards, definitions, and quality controls across multiple workstreams.
  • Monitor and communicate progress, risks, dependencies, milestones, and benefits realization.
  • Produce recurring reports for executive steering committees, integration leadership teams, and functional workstream leaders.
  • Create reporting frameworks that provide visibility into organizational, talent, operational, and financial integration activities.

Workforce Analytics & Organizational Insights
  • Lead workforce analytics efforts to evaluate organizational structures, spans and layers, talent impacts, workforce costs, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Analyze workforce demographics, retention trends, attrition risks, headcount movement, and talent outcomes throughout integration activities.
  • Develop scenario-based analyses to support organizational design decisions and workforce planning strategies.
  • Provide recommendations based on quantitative analysis and business insights.

System Management & Organizational Modeling
  • Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for Orgvue.
  • Build and maintain organizational models, workforce planning scenarios, and organization design simulations within Orgvue.
  • Perform organizational analysis including spans and layers, organizational health assessments, workforce cost modeling, and talent mapping.
  • Partner with Ops Principles team to evaluate design options and identify workforce optimization opportunities.
  • Ensure data integrity, governance, and accuracy of organizational datasets within Orgvue.

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is between the below range, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, if eligible, including variable pay & general allowances (depending on the position and employee's work schedule). Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable policies and plans then in effect, and depending on the position offered and the employee's work schedule (i.e., part-time schedule), eligible employees are automatically enrolled in a 401(k) plan, as well as participate in Company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance plans for the employee and the employee's eligible dependents, and may be eligible to take up to 18 weeks of paid parental leave. Employees will also receive the following paid-time off (which may be prorated based on start date and the employee's work schedule): 120 hours of vacation per year, paid sick time for eligible Associates of 100% pay continuation for a maximum of 40 hours per calendar year, and 12 paid holidays throughout the calendar year that include both fixed and flexible holidays.
