Support service employees assist entrepreneurs in achieving their dreams through finance, accounting, IT, and other back-office operations.

Job Description

Will be responsible for the project from inception to end using Power BI, SSDT, SSRS, SSAS, MSSQL, Visual Studio, JIRA. Will design and develop interactive dashboards and analytical reports using Microsoft Power BI to support data-driven decision-making. Will collaborated with data modeling teams to build and enhance SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS) Tabular models for optimized reporting and analytics. Will work extensively with relational databases, including Microsoft SQL Server, to extract, transform, and load data for reporting purposes and develop complex calculations using Data Analysis Expressions (DAX), including measures, calculated columns, and KPIs within Power BI and SSAS models. Will write and optimize T-SQL queries, including views, stored procedures, CTEs, and functions, to improve data retrieval efficiency, overall system performance and create, maintain pixel-perfect and parameterized reports using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) with enhanced visualization features for improved user experience. Will monitor, maintain SQL Server Agent jobs, troubleshooting ETL failures and ensuring timely data pipeline execution and perform root cause analysis on ETL job failures and implement corrective actions to ensure data integrity and reliability. Will utilize Jira to gather business requirements, manage tasks, track progress across reporting and development cycles and engage with stakeholders to understand existing business processes and translate requirements into technical reporting solutions. Will review, enhance existing reports, identifying opportunities for performance improvements and better visualization techniques. Will deliver reports in multiple formats (PDF, Excel, Power BI Service) to meet diverse business needs and accessibility requirements. Will manage end-to-end report lifecycle including requirement gathering, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance. Will ensure data accuracy and consistency by validating data sources and implementing quality checks across reports and dashboards.

Qualifications
