Job description

We believe that a great writing experience is fast, outcome-focused, and alive with your ideas. Going from start to finish on a document in three minutes. Knowing who will respond to anything you've written before you even press send. Writing software that puts your ideas at the center, with language that is certain to land the way you want.

Textio's category-defining augmented writing platform is delighting customers, and our team is growing fast. Textio has already changed the way thousands of companies write and hire, and we are hiring a technically proficient, organized, and experienced Customer Implementation Specialist to join our team.

Textio helps companies write more effectively to hire faster and better, but that's just the beginning. Wherever business users are writing, you and your team will bring them something provably useful and spectacular. Textio is ready for end users to write with augmented writing from day 1, and the more Textio aligns with a customer's brand the better it works for every user. Be part of the team of experts making sure all customers complete a successful implementation.

What you'll be doing:
  • Work with new customers through the transition period from Sales to Customer Success and the first 30 days of adoption
  • Lead new customer implementations - learn their processes, goals and challenges in order to deliver a seamless implementation
  • Use the discovery process to propose a product configuration scope, plan, and strategy to complete successful implementation in alignment with customer's rollout goals and timeline
  • Actively identify potential risks and anticipate the impact of programmatic decisions for customers
  • Project manage the upgrade of existing customers to new products and features when an implementation change is required
  • Learn constantly, starting with mastery of the product and Textio's augmented writing domain
We'd love to hear from you if you:
  • Have experience in implementation and change management for enterprise SaaS products that roll out to entire organizations
  • Are skilled at manipulating large CSV or XML data files using varied methods including VLOOKUP formulas
  • Are at ease writing scripts (in R, Python, or similar) and SQL to bring value out of data
  • Are technically confident - you can learn and use new technologies quickly
  • Are committed to quality as a top priority-you pay attention to what you make and take pride in it
  • Know how to convey a vision-you can capture the unique vision of what Textio does and inspire customers with a sense of what's possible
  • Are an excellent communicator verbally and in writing, able to communicate technical information to non-technical and technical SME partners internally and externally
  • Love collaborating with people, and they love working with you
  • Are a doer-you find the opportunities to help customers and you take them
  • Have a track record of trying and learning new things
  • Have a point of view but are low ego

This is a role for someone who is both forward-thinking and practical. Can you motivate change for enterprise customer workflows, and also inspire others by painting a picture of what is to come? If you have prior experience with machine learning products, new category creation, and/or HR tech, don't forget to mention it.

Textio embraces diversity and equal opportunity in a serious way. We are committed to building a team that represents a variety of backgrounds, perspectives, and skills. The more inclusive we are, the better our work will be.
