The Data Reporting Developer will be responsible for providing and validating data feeds on a daily basis related to our Reporting processes.

This position will be with National Indemnity Company in Omaha, NE with a hybrid 50% in the office work environment. This position is not eligible for employer visa sponsorship. #LI-Hybrid / #LI-Onsite

What will you do?

  • Develop data Reports and applications

  • Vet and validate the work of other data reporting developers to ensure data integrity

  • Interact with business partners outside of the group and maintain good relationships with them

  • Actively participate in Agile Ceremonies and discussions by regularly listening, asking questions, and collaborating

  • Identify slow processes and potential issues with ETL (Extract, Transform, and Load) processes and makes suggestions for improvement

What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, data science, business analytics, MIS, mathematics, or related field

  • Database manipulation software and/or software application development experience (ex. .NET, SQL, Python, etc.)

  • Fundamental knowledge of SQL

  • 1 or more years related work experience
