Job description

Job Summary:

In this role, we are seeking a skilled ERP LN Developer to work on hands‑on development, analysis, design, development and implementation of technical solutions within the Infor LN ERP Cloud version. You will collaborate with ERP functional leads, business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions to contribute to business success across the organization.

Strong understanding of System Analysis and ERP development are required for this role, as well as proficiency in LN CS Application, LN Studio, creation and installation of PMC solutions.

Experience in creating/maintaining LN CS components as tables/sessions/reports/program scripts, knowledge on Data Access Layer (DAL), extensions and, also on using/requesting Public APIs. Knowledge with customer facing documents via Report Designer/DOM or integrating LN CS with a third‑party software to generate and distribute documents.

Collaborate with Support and work with new developments/implementations, debug and analyze problems, work in an environment with over 80 companies located in 20+ countries.

Knowledge on ION data flows, ION development, IDM and Bflow (or experience on regression testing on LN CS) are a plus for the role.

Job Responsibilities:

System Analysis, Design & Development

  • Analyze business and technical requirements to design scalable ERP LN CS solutions
  • Develop, customize, and maintain Infor LN CS application components including extensions
  • Design and implement integrations between ERP LN and third‑party enterprise systems
  • Develop and maintain technical specifications and related system documentation
  • Perform debugging, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and root‑cause analysis
  • Conduct system testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT)
  • Support ERP migration, including LN CS implementations
Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement
  • Identify opportunities to improve ERP functionality, automation, and system efficiency
  • Recommend technical solutions that streamline business processes and improve user experience
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across ERP LN development and support activities
Integration & Data Management
  • Develop and support integrations using:
  • Web Services
  • APIs
  • Ensure data integrity, consistency, and reliability across ERP modules and integrated applications
  • Support data migration activities and integration testing
Collaboration & Stakeholder Support
  • Act as a liaison between business users, ERP functional leads, project managers, and technical teams
  • Collaborate across support, development, and business functions to deliver successful ERP solutions
  • Provide end‑user support, technical training, and knowledge transfer when required
Technical Requirements:
