Role Overview

We’re looking for dependable Landscape Maintenance Technicians / Groundskeepers to join Washington Landscaping, a division of United Services Northwest.

This role focuses on detailed groundskeeping and landscape maintenance across residential properties. You’ll be performing hands-on, repetitive outdoor work such as hand weeding, edging, pruning, and bed cleanup.

This is a great fit for individuals who enjoy structured, physical outdoor work, take pride in maintaining clean and polished landscapes, and show up consistently ready to work—regardless of weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities

Landscape Maintenance & Groundskeeping

  • Perform hand weeding, raking, edging, and detailed ground-level work
  • Maintain planting beds through pruning, mulching, and cleanup

Equipment & Tools
