SERVICE DISPATCHER
Job Type: Full-Time
Experience: Required
Earnings: Most Competitive Compensation Package in the Area
Work Schedule: Variable
This is not a remote position.

Must be willing to submit to a Pre-Employment Background Check, Motor Vehicle Report Review & Drug Screen
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign repair orders to technicians based on skill level, efficiency, and availability
  • Monitor shop workflow and technician productivity to maintain an even, efficient workload
  • Communicate effectively with Service Advisors, Technicians, and the Parts Department
  • Review repair orders for accuracy, completeness, and proper MPI/video documentation
  • Track vehicle status and provide updates to advisors on progress or delays
  • Assist with quality control and time management on shop repairs
  • Maintain a clean and organized dispatch area
  • Support leadership in achieving departmental goals for productivity, CSI, and efficiency

Qualifications:
  • Prior technician experience or extensive automotive repair knowledge is required
  • Proven ability to manage shop workflow and prioritize repairs
  • Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
  • Knowledge of warranty procedures and repair order documentation
  • Familiarity with CDK or similar DMS software preferred
  • Positive attitude, team-player mindset, and attention to detail
