Position Overview
Keep our communities fed.
Our focus is simple but meaningful, from our distribution centers to our offices - every employee of C&S and their family of companies works to help feed local families, neighbors and communities. As a Repack Selector, you will be responsible for selecting individual items from bulk packages in repack aisles, maintaining order of repack aisles, and racking pallets of incoming product.
Job Description

  • Earn $23.00 per hour
  • Full Time, 2nd Shift - Sunday, Monday, Wednesday , Thursday 6pm start
  • 500 North Street, Windsor Locks, CT 06096

You will contribute by:
  • Reading order sheets to find items in repack area
  • Removing units from full cases in specified quantities
  • Putting away any incoming product
  • Checking quantities of pick-slots and filling as needed
  • Staging product for loaders
  • Ensuring item pick accuracy and safety of product to prevent product damage
  • Maintaining sanitation in the aisles according to policy and procedure
  • Performing other job-related duties as assigned

  • Continually Standing, bending, pulling, lifting, pivoting up to 90% of shift
  • Walking on various surfaces including concrete, tile, carpet, etc.
  • Frequently lifting of product weighing between 1 - 60 lbs. or more
  • Frequent lifting of product ranging from floor to overhead
  • Possibility of working on multiple levels of varying height
  • Safe handling of sharp objects including box cutting tools
