Reps may work in sales, customer service, account management, or field representation, depending on the industry. The main goal is to build and maintain positive relationships and ensure satisfaction with the company's offerings.

To thrive as a Sales Representative, you need strong product knowledge, persuasive communication, and a track record in sales or a related field, often supported by a bachelor's degree. Reps often work closely with marketing, customer service, and product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and meet sales goals. They relay customer feedback to product teams, coordinate promotional efforts with marketing, and resolve issues alongside customer service. This cross-functional collaboration helps align messaging, address client needs more effectively, and drive overall business growth. Building strong relationships with colleagues in these departments is key to a Rep's success.
