Job description

Selene Holdings is a multiple-lines business financial services firm with a mortgage servicing company, a loan diligence company, a title company, an insurance brokerage, and a real estate owned company. We have office locations in Dallas, TX, Jacksonville, FL, and Salt Lake City, UT. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned
Manage assigned REO property portfolios from acquisition through final disposition
Coordinate with vendors, agents, attorneys, and internal teams to ensure timely property preservation, marketing, and sale
Monitor timelines and ensure compliance with investor, insurer, and regulatory requirements
Review and maintain accurate property records, including occupancy status, valuations, and title reports
Assist in resolving title issues, code violations, and other property-related challenges
Track and report on key performance metrics such as days on market, liquidation timelines, and recovery rates
Support the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance REO operations
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to property management and disposition
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members as needed
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive borrower and property information
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field preferred
4-6 years of experience in REO, asset management, or mortgage servicing
Strong understanding of REO timelines, investor guidelines, and property preservation practices
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and REO management platforms (e.g., Equator, Pyramid, or similar)
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
