REO Plastics, Inc. is a progressive ISO certified custom injection molding company that has an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Document Control Specialist.
Position Summary:
The Document Control Specialist is responsible for overseeing document control and assuring that all revisions are current and recorded. this person also helps to resolve in-process quality issues.
Qualifications, skills and training required to do the job:
Must have extensive knowledge of quality assurance methods, processes and procedures. Knowledge of blueprint reading is required. Must be able to recognize and identify quality issues both visually and dimensionally. Must be able to review and understand a part drawing and purchase order to extract information needed to build a Bill of Materials (BOM) and work instructions. Experience in Delmiaworks Manufacturing ERP (formerly IQMS) is a plus, however, those that have a familiarity with other ERP systems will also be considered. Must be able to prioritize multiple tasks.
