EquityTeam is a leading residential property management company in Cincinnati and Dayton Ohio.  


We are seeking a motivated and organized Leasing Coordinator to join our team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your career in property leasing and management with an industry leader. The successful candidate will work closely with the Leasing Manager to ensure smooth leasing operations and provide exceptional service to prospective tenants.


Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the leasing process by scheduling and conducting property tours

- Respond to inquiries from prospective tenants via phone, email, or in person

- Prepare and process lease applications and related documentation

- Maintain accurate records of leasing activities and tenant information

- Support marketing efforts to attract new tenants

- Collaborate with the Leasing Manager to ensure leasing goals are met


Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous experience in property management or leasing is preferred but not required

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong organizational and time management abilities

- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems

- Customer service-oriented mindset

- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Google Workspace.  Nice to have experience with Aptly and/or Rentvine.
