Hospitality is about creating a sense of place where everyone has a seat at the table.  At Harvest Moon Catering (HMC) we give consistent and thoughtful attention to details.  We respect hospitality as a calling by recruiting the best employees, nurturing our teams, and empowering a spirit of continuous improvement!

So What (Exactly) is a Rentals Associate?

The rentals associate is a vital part of our operation - working with the rentals and operations managers to maintain rental items and the facility.  Responsibilities include accurately pulling and loading relevant inventory to be transported to and from events. Hospitality is a fast-paced, dynamic industry and life at HMC is no exception.  Here you'll need to be able to shift between tasks, frequently, while still having a high attention to detail and quality.  You'll also be attending some events (weekend availability is a must). Maintaining a positive and professional attitude is paramount.

The Minimum You'll Do:

- Prepare inventory to satisfy scheduled deliveries and pickups for daily orders

- Safely and accurately load in and out events based on rental picklists

- Complete warehouse opening, operation, and closing procedures on a daily basis

- Help process, clean, and put away rental inventory

- Maintain all warehouse equipment in safe and working condition

- Assist with various different tasks and projects

- Be enthusiastic (Over the Moon!) about exceptional client experiences and a positive, motivational team member

What Others Say About You:

- You're a great team player

- You're energetic

- You're organized

- You're task oriented and focused

- You're good at following verbal and written directions

- You love problem solving

- You're warm, friendly, approachable, and have an innate desire to help others

Requirements and Qualifications:

- Ability to lift 50-80 lbs.

- The ability to work in a physically demanding way in non-air-conditioned environments without heat or cooling

- Ability to communicate routinely via phone, written lists, personal contact, and our scheduling application.

What You'll Get:

To "walk that talk," we offer competitive pay, real raise potential, and discretionary bonuses. On top of all that, you'll be surrounded by awesome people who care deeply about what they do and will do whatever it takes to help YOU succeed.
