Job description

Do you enjoy working outside and meeting people from around the world daily? Need a flexible schedule? Managed Labor Solutions (MLS), a leading nationwide rental car outsourcing company, is currently hiring quality, team driven people to work as a Rental Car Return Agent for our partners.

What you'll be doing:

  • Greet customers dropping off their rental car
  • Secure vehicle keys from the customer and confirm necessary documentation and checks are performed as needed
  • Expedite the rental return process so customers can continue to their destinations
  • Check for damages with visual inspection and remind customer to check for personal belongings
  • Identify any items found in the vehicle with a unit number, date, time and turn into lost and found
