  • Visita a residentes para el cobro de pagos de renta.
  • Da seguimiento a residentes morosos, entrega carta de cobros y acuerda planes de pagos.
  • Recibe y registra cobro de rentas en el sistema Yardi Voyager.
  • Entrega notificaciones de pago de renta.
  • Recibe diariamente listado de residentes morosos.
  • Archiva documentos y mantiene los expedientes organizados y actualizados.
  • Mantiene un registro de los cobros realizados. Se asegura que en todo momento este cuadrado.
  • Asiste a los residentes a realizar planes de pago de renta.
  • Refiere al/ la Administrador/a los residentes morosos para que sean referidos al área legal.
  • Asiste en casos de desahucios.
  • Asiste en la preparación de Hojas de Recibo y Hoja de Reajustes en Renta.
  • Asiste a reuniones y talleres
  • Asiste al/la Administrador/a en cualquier asunto relacionado al cobro de renta.
  • Realiza informes
  1. Gestiones de Cobro
  2. Análisis de Cargo de Renta y Reconciliación
  3. Cierre de Mes
  • Realiza cualquier otra tarea afín a las necesidades operacionales y/o requeridas.
