What You'll Do
This is a driving and customer service job. You'll be on the road most of the day delivering furniture and appliances to customers' homes, picking up items, and occasionally collecting payments. You'll also help out in the store as needed assembling items as well as assisting in customer facing tasks.
โ€ข Drive a company truck to deliver and pick up furniture and appliances
โ€ข Load and unload items - we'll show you how to do it safely
โ€ข Set up furniture and appliances in customers' homes
โ€ข Treat customers with respect and communicate clearly
โ€ข Collect payments at the door when needed
โ€ข Keep the truck clean and organized
โ€ข Help in the store between deliveries
Requirements
What We're Looking For
We're not looking for a rรฉsumรฉ, but if you have one, AMAZING! We're looking for someone reliable who shows up, works hard, and treats people right.
โ€ข Must be 18 or older
โ€ข High school diploma or GED
โ€ข Valid driver's license with a clean record (at least 1 year of driving)
โ€ข Able to lift 50+ lbs and move heavy furniture
โ€ข Friendly and professional when talking to customers is a MUST
โ€ข Must pass a background check, drug screen, and MVR check
