  • Drive renewal pipeline management: maintain a rolling forecast of renewals, track status and health indicators, and proactively flag at-risk accounts to Sales and Customer Success leadership.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and Legal to coordinate pricing, contract terms, and approval workflows for each renewal.

  • Identify opportunities for upsell or expansion in tandem with the Sales team during the renewal process.
  • Partner with Finance to ensure accurate billing, invoicing, and revenue recognition on renewed contracts in alignment with company policies.
  • Build and maintain scalable renewal processes, playbooks, and automation in our CRM (Salesforce) to improve efficiency as the business grows.
  • Produce regular reporting and analytics on renewal performance, win/loss rates, ARR retention, and key renewal metrics for leadership review.
  • Continuously improve the renewal experience by gathering client feedback and working with internal stakeholders to remove friction from the process.

  • Strong proficiency with Salesforce CRM; experience building reports, managing opportunity pipelines, and maintaining data hygiene.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail - you can juggle a large portfolio of accounts and deadlines without things falling through the cracks.
  • Effective communicator who can work confidently with external clients in a professional, client-facing context and with internal stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to build and maintain renewal forecasts, dashboards, and performance reports.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity contract management software (e.g., Ironclad, DocuSign), or billing platforms.
  • Exposure to AI-driven SaaS products and an understanding of how AI features affect customer value and retention conversations.
