Job description

Invenergy is North America's largest privately held developer, owner, and operator of power infrastructure. Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Create documents and presentations.

  • Prepare budgets, meeting agendas and taking notes in Strategy and Departmental meetings.

  • Assist with identifying solar & battery storage developmentprospects in the Southwest regions andassist developers in meetings.

  • Effective handling of confidential data and sensitive information.

  • Track department key performance indicators and provide recommendations to improve metrics where applicable.

  • Identify opportunities to eliminate errors and implement process improvements.

  • Work with cross functional groups to gather and document process/system improvement requirements.

  • Utilize project management skills to develop and implement process and system improvements.

  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

  • Understand and drive performance, with visibility to executive leadership which provides upward mobility opportunities in our fast-paced and growing organization.

  • Proactively and reactively use processes to solve problems and enhance business process efficiencies throughout the entire development department.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor'sDegree.

  • Valid Driver's License.

  • 1+ years of professional work experience.

  • Travel, as needed, anticipated 25% of the time.

  • Eligible to work in the United States without the need for employer visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficient in all MS Office software especially Word, Excel, and SharePoint and familiarity with various forms of AI (Co-Pilot, Chat GPT, Claude, Gemini, etc...)

  • Excellent communication and strong critical thinking skills with the ability to identify and solve problems.

  • Professional, able to maintain confidential information and team oriented.

  • Desire and aptitude to learn and understand the Energy/ Utilities Industry and the associated engineering, environmental, regulatory, and political challenges.

  • Familiarity with renewable project development, real estate development, transmission and/or power project engineering with a desire to learn more.

  • Exceptional customer / community service skills.

  • Able to prioritize assignments, multi-task, and re-prioritize assignments as needed.

  • Strong initiative and focused on process improvement.

  • Ability to work in amorphous environment.

Base Pay

$60,000.00 - 77,000.00 USD Annual
Bonus: 15%

The base pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target salary for the position. Invenergy considers a number of factors when determining base pay offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education and skills.
