HSSE Leadership

  • Act as the field-level HSSE representative, ensuring adherence to company and regulatory safety requirements. Help maintain a strong safety culture across all onsite activities.
  • Coach contractors on safe work practices; stop unsafe work when required.
  • Conduct field inspections and support field-level permitting and Management of Change (MOC) processes. Ensure contractors understand and comply with all required permits. Facilitate field execution of MOCs by validating scope impacts, confirming that changes are documented, and ensuring that all required approvals are in place before work proceeds.

Project Interface & Reporting

  • Provide weekly updates to project engineers and project managers on field progress, risks, and issues.
  • Document field activities, deviations, and lessons learned.
  • Support commissioning and startup activities as required.
