Job description

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client relationships, support team growth, contribute to project pursuits, and help expand market opportunities.
  • Supervise, mentor, develop, and empower engineers, technicians, and designers.
  • Serve as a technical design specialist for renewable energy projects.
  • Lead and manage complex civil engineering designs and project delivery for renewable energy clients, including solar, wind, battery storage, and related sectors.
Capabilities and Credentials
  • Professional Engineer license, such as P.E. or P.Eng, is preferred.
  • Experience in large-scale civil design, including site planning, roads, drainage, grading, utilities, and municipal or private infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with renewable energy permitting processes, including ministerial and non-ministerial approvals.
  • Experience in engineering design, construction inspection, contract administration, project management, business development, and client service management.
  • Ability to develop and propose innovative, practical client solutions and integrated deliverables aligned with business objectives.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10%.
  • Valid driver’s license and a strong driving record are required.
Education and Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in project management and civil engineering is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a STEM-adjacent field.
  • Professional Engineering license in a relevant discipline would be beneficial.
