Location: NYC, New Orleans, or St. Louis 


We are seeking an experienced Asset Manager to join our Energy Finance team. The team has deployed almost $3B of tax capital since inception and is growing rapidly. 


The position will be primarily focused on managing the funding process and ensuring the success of these investments post-close. As an Asset Manager, you will assume responsibility for the investment partnerships at financial close and work to advance equity installments in accordance with the key transaction documents. The role involves significant interaction with clients in the context of routine administration, construction progress, equity draws, investor reporting and post-closing consent requests.  


Responsibilities:


- Support the handoff of the projects from the closing team by reviewing investment documents to understand reporting, funding and compliance needs. 

- Manage funding process by ensuring all conditions precedent have been satisfied.

- Assess financial and operational data to monitor performance and identify concerns.

- Track regulatory, loan and contractual compliance; address and resolve any outstanding issues.

- Maintain regular communication with investors, project owners and internal teams. 


Requirements:


- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field

- 5+ years of experience in asset management, preferably in the renewable energy sector

- Strong understanding of renewable energy industry and tax equity investments

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
