Are you looking to break into the Criminal Justice, Human Services, or Substance Abuse rehabilitation fields? Intervention Inc. is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Entry Level Criminal Justice UA Technicians to join our Intervention Inc. team across Colorado.
As a Criminal Justice Urinalysis Technician, you will provide vital drug and alcohol sobriety monitoring for court-ordered offenders and other clients. This role requires high attention to detail, strict adherence to protocols, and the ability to maintain professional boundaries in a fast-paced environment.

What You Will Do
  • Conduct Client Testing: Monitor client compliance through urine screens, breathalyzers, and oral swabs following strict safety protocols.
  • Direct Observation: Escort clients to collection areas and visually monitor Urinalysis testing of same-sex clients.
  • Intake & Cash Handling: Sign in clients, process testing fees, issue receipts, and secure payments in the office safe.
  • Accurate Reporting: Complete Chain of Custody paperwork, file documentation, and write clear incident reports before your shift ends.

What We Are Looking For
  • Education: High school diploma or GED OR 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Skills: Exceptional communication, strong organization, and basic computer skills for data entry.
  • Mindset: A calm demeanor under pressure and a respectful, non-judgmental attitude toward a diverse client population.

*Because this position requires direct observation of females submitting specimens for urinalysis, being female has been determined to be a Bona Fide Occupational Qualification and only females will be considered for the position.*
