Position Summary:

All Aboard Ohio is seeking a Volunteer TikTok Manager to own the day-to-day operation of our TikTok account.

This role handles posting, community moderation, and audience engagement, working closely with our content creators to keep the account active and responsive.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and publish TikTok content in coordination with the communications team and TikTok Content Creators
  • Monitor and respond to comments and direct messages in AAO's voice
  • Moderate the comment section, flagging or removing spam and inappropriate content
  • Track engagement metrics and share insights to inform future content
  • Coordinate with the broader communications team to align TikTok with campaigns across other platforms
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with TikTok's posting tools, analytics, and community features
  • Comfortable representing an organization's voice in public-facing responses
  • Reliable and responsive; comfortable checking in on the account regularly
  • Interest in transportation, advocacy, or nonprofit communications is a plus
