Job description

Ace Outdoor Services is seeking experienced snowplow truck and equipment subcontractors with their own equipment for the 2026–2027 winter season.

We provide commercial snow and ice management services throughout Genesee, Oakland, and Livingston Counties and are looking for dependable subcontractors who can help us keep our clients' properties safe and accessible throughout winter weather events.

Compensation is competitive and based on experience, equipment, and skill level.

Responsibilities
  • Perform commercial snow and ice removal using your own plow truck and/or equipment
  • Clear assigned commercial properties safely, efficiently, and according to site expectations
  • Follow all safety procedures and Ace Outdoor Services snow operations guidelines
  • Communicate effectively with the Snow Operations team and follow directions accurately
  • Report service activity as required
  • Maintain consistent availability throughout the winter season
  • Be available for snow events that may occur during nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays
Qualifications
  • Previous commercial snow removal experience preferred
  • Must own a reliable, fully operational snowplow truck and/or snow removal equipment
  • Valid driver's license required when operating a vehicle
  • Ability to respond to winter weather events on an on-call basis
  • Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions
  • Dependable, punctual, and committed to completing assigned work
  • Ability to safely operate your truck and/or equipment in winter conditions
