Remote Zephyr Jobs in Georgia (NOW HIRING)

Remote Zephyr information

What is a remote zephyr?

Remote Zephyr jobs typically refer to positions that involve working with Zephyr, a popular test management tool, from a remote location. These roles often focus on software quality assurance, test planning, execution, and reporting, all managed virtually through the Zephyr platform. Remote Zephyr professionals may collaborate with development teams, integrate Zephyr with other tools like Jira, and ensure effective test case management without needing to be onsite. These jobs are in demand due to the increasing adoption of remote work and the need for efficient, cloud-based QA processes.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a remote zephyr test management specialist, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Remote Zephyr Test Management Specialist, you need a solid understanding of software testing principles, experience with test case management, and familiarity with Agile methodologies, often supported by a background in QA or software engineering. Proficiency with Zephyr for Jira, test automation tools, and defect tracking systems is typically required, along with relevant certifications such as ISTQB. Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and effective remote communication skills help set candidates apart. These competencies ensure accurate test execution, timely defect resolution, and seamless collaboration in distributed software development environments.

  • Proficiency with JIRA, defect management and test management tools (e.g., Zephyr, AIO, TestRail, Xray, or equivalent)
  • Strong understanding of functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing types
  • Experience facilitating UAT with business stakeholders and driving formal sign-off processes
  • Ability to clearly communicate test status, risks, and blockers to both technical and non-technical audiences
