Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to identify client needs and develop actionable treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
- Utilize solution-based therapeutic interventions, including individual and group therapies, to address the diverse mental health needs of clients.
- Maintain clear, accurate, and timely clinical documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, attending case consultations and peer review meetings to enhance treatment quality.
- Provide education and support to clients and their families, empowering them with essential mental health knowledge and resources.
- Stay informed on the latest research and developments in the field, integrating new methodologies to improve patient outcomes.
Our detox center serves a diverse population of individuals struggling with substance use disorders, mental health issues, and related challenges. As an LCSW, you will engage with clients of various backgrounds, tailoring your approach to meet their unique needs and facilitating their journey toward recovery and wellness.
Qualifications- A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
- A valid LCSW license in the state of Texas.
- A minimum of three years of clinical experience, particularly in psychotherapy and intervention practices.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with an ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.
- Experience in substance use treatment or detox settings is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with assessments, diagnosis, and treatment planning in the mental health context.
- Proficiency in utilizing solution-focused therapeutic models.
