Key Responsibilities

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, adults, and families experiencing various mental health challenges. Your expertise will be crucial in helping clients cope with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues, thereby enhancing their overall well-being and assisting them in achieving their treatment goals.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Valid LCSW license in the state of Connecticut.
• A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience with a focus on psychotherapy and evidenced-based practices.
• Strong proficiency in solution-focused interventions and adaptability in applying these methods to meet diverse patient needs.

Compensation and Benefits
