Key Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide individual and group therapy sessions for a diverse client base.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, particularly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation of therapy sessions, ensuring compliance with licensing regulations and best practices.
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals within the organization to share insights and improve treatment methodologies.
• Execute follow-up sessions and adjust treatment plans based on client progress and feedback.
• Provide crisis intervention when necessary, offering immediate support and guidance to clients in distress.
• Engage in regular professional development activities to enhance therapeutic skills and stay current with emergent best practices in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on working with adults who may be experiencing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and more. Understanding the diverse backgrounds and experiences of clients in Salem, Oregon, will help you provide culturally competent care. Your role is vital in creating a safe and supportive environment that fosters healing and growth.

Qualifications

• A master’s level degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related field from a regionally accredited university.
• Current, active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A minimum of two years of experience in providing clinical psychotherapy to adult clients.
• Proficient in clinical documentation and exhibit excellent writing skills.
• Possess a clean record with no disciplinary actions from any licensing body.

Preferred Experience

• Demonstrated training and experience in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and familiarity with other evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
• Experience working in remote therapy settings and utilizing video conferencing platforms effectively.
• Ability to manage a flexible schedule while providing consistent and reliable therapy services.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
