Array Wellness Center PC is seeking a dedicated and passionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for a full-time, remote role focused on providing essential mental health support to clients undergoing detoxification. This position offers a fully remote work setting, allowing the LCSW to provide therapeutic services and support to clients in a flexible and conducive environment. As a key member of our detox center team, the LCSW will have access to comprehensive resources and innovative tools designed for high-quality mental health care, while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic client support.

• Provide direct clinical services to clients, including assessment, individual therapy, group therapy, and family therapy, tailored to those experiencing severe emotional disorders and major mental illnesses.
• Conduct thorough evidence-based screenings and assessments, utilizing best practices to identify client needs and develop integrated care plans.
• Act as an advocate for clients, facilitating communication and coordination with family members and healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive service delivery.
• Monitor ongoing client progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed and ensuring that services align with the client’s presenting problems and goals.
• Participate actively as a member of the clinical team, contributing to case discussions, and engaging in collaborative planning to enhance overall treatment efficacy.
• Conduct crisis intervention when necessary, utilizing advanced crisis management techniques to ensure client safety.
• Document clinical interactions and submit required reports in a timely manner, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
• Participate in committees aimed at improving service delivery and implementing quality improvement initiatives within the organization.

The primary focus of this role is on clients undergoing detoxification, who often require extensive support due to the complex interactions between substance use and mental health conditions. The LCSW will engage with a diverse clientele, many of whom come from underprivileged backgrounds, necessitating a culturally competent and empathetic approach to care.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active and unrestricted license as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to express complex concepts in a clear and accessible manner.
• Demonstrated organizational skills and the ability to manage a caseload effectively.
• Knowledge of best practices in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of mental health conditions.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience working as a clinician is preferred, especially within substance abuse and mental health settings.
• Proficiency in crisis intervention techniques and experience in a detox environment.
• Experience working in multidisciplinary teams and familiarity with integrated care approaches.

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
