This position will be fully remote, providing you the flexibility to balance work and personal life while ensuring that our clients receive high-quality care from the comfort of their homes. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough mental health evaluations to diagnose conditions and formulate comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.
  • Maintain a caseload of at least 27 client visits weekly, adhering to the organization's policies and standards for care.
  • Utilize creative therapeutic interventions and techniques to assist clients in achieving and exceeding their mental health goals.
  • Document all clinical sessions meticulously, including assessments, progress notes, and treatment modifications, in compliance with organizational guidelines.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, which may include case managers, medical professionals, and educational staff, to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.
  • Participate in regular clinical meetings and continuing education to enhance professional development and stay informed about best practices in therapy.
  • Foster a dynamic and supportive team culture that encourages open communication and collaboration among staff members.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clients encompass a diverse demographic, including children and families belonging to varied cultural, linguistic, and socioeconomic backgrounds. Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Behavioral Sciences or a related field from an accredited institution is required.
  • Candidates must hold a valid LMFT license.
  • Proven experience in clinical documentation, including assessments, treatment plans, and session notes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to document services and other necessary paperwork promptly.
  • Skills in establishing and maintaining appropriate professional boundaries with clients.
  • Experience and comfort in working with a diverse clientele.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems; familiarity with Valant is a plus.
  • Must be able to pass a background check as part of the hiring process.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in providing therapy via telehealth platforms, demonstrating adaptability to virtual care.
  • Previous work in community health or non-profit organizations focused on mental health.
  • Utilization of innovative therapeutic techniques and tools in clinical practice.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $105,000 annually, along with a sign-on bonus. Our compensation package includes:
