Work hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm US Eastern Time (Mon Fri). Selected candidate will develop compelling proposals in response to various Government solicitations. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional researching, writing, communication, planning, and presentation skills to create concise, persuasive proposals under tight deadlines.   • Developing Compliance Matrix, Requirement Matrix, Proposal Schedule, Cross Referencing Matrix, GAP Analysis Matrix & annotated outlines.<\/span>

  • Conceptualizing and documenting proposals technical solution, technical approach and IT task responses<\/span>
