In your role as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, you will be responsible for delivering psychotherapy services, including:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to understand the unique needs of each client.
• Developing personalized treatment plans that utilize evidence-based practices and innovative therapeutic approaches.
• Implementing various therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), ensuring techniques are tailored to each client's preferences.
• Maintaining precise and timely clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations and industry standards.
• Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team of mental health professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care, including participation in case consultations and peer review meetings.
• Providing education and resources to clients and their families, fostering understanding and empowerment concerning mental health issues and treatment options.
• Engaging in continuous education on current research developments to enhance clinical skills and treatment effectiveness.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid Licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington State.
• A minimum of 2 years of hands-on clinical experience, particularly in providing therapeutic services.
• Familiarity with solution-focused therapies and a variety of evidence-based interventions.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, coupled with excellent interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to think critically and solve complex problems effectively.
• Eagerness to collaborate within a team-oriented environment.

• Experience in remote therapy delivery or telehealth platforms is a plus.
• Background working with diverse populations and varying mental health conditions.
• Proven record of success with interdisciplinary collaboration in mental health settings.
