Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' psychological, emotional, and social needs to inform treatment strategies.
• Create and implement personalized treatment plans that focus on promoting adaptive coping strategies and positive behavioral changes.
• Utilize evidence-based therapies, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused brief therapy, to meet the varied needs of clients.
• Monitor and document client progress meticulously, ensuring records maintain accuracy and confidentiality according to state regulations.
• Work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary treatment team, sharing insights and feedback to enhance overall client care and outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This position serves a diverse clientele, primarily consisting of individuals facing challenges related to trauma recovery, anxiety, and depression. Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Possession of a valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the State of Nevada.
• Strong interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills to effectively engage with clients and collaborate with team members.

Preferred Experience

We prefer candidates who have a minimum of two years’ experience working in mental health counseling or rehabilitation settings. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems is a plus, as you will be utilizing these tools to deliver care efficiently and effectively.
