Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' situations through interviews and evaluations to understand their needs, strengths, and weaknesses.
• Develop, coordinate, and implement comprehensive support plans tailored to each client's individual circumstances and goals.
• Engage in crisis intervention by providing immediate support during critical moments, leveraging empathy and professional expertise.
• Monitor and evaluate clients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on their evolving needs.
• Maintain meticulous records of client interactions, treatment plans, and observable outcomes, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and attend case conferences to provide insights, contribute to discussions, and advocate for clients’ needs.
• Facilitate referrals to community resources, helping clients access additional services that may aid in their recovery.
• Provide expert testimony when required, particularly in legal contexts involving your clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your clients will come from a variety of backgrounds and demographics, facing a range of challenges including mental health issues, domestic situations, and substance abuse. As a compassionate LCSW, you will be at the forefront of addressing their concerns, using your specialized skills to foster resilience and promote healing while prioritizing their dignity and autonomy throughout the treatment process.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from a regionally accredited institution.
• Hold a current LCSW license in the state of Kansas, meeting all regulatory requirements for clinical practice.
• Proven experience in social work and counseling, particularly within mental health or substance use settings.
• Possess strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, enabling effective interaction with clients and colleagues.
• Demonstrate cultural competence, awareness, and sensitivity toward a diverse client population.

• Practice from an empathetic, client-centered perspective, ensuring ethical service delivery.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in a detox or rehabilitation setting is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, our robust benefits package includes:
