Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical support and intervention for assigned clients experiencing symptoms associated with mental health issues and emotional disorders.
• Conduct brief, evidence-based screenings and, when necessary, coordinate more comprehensive evaluations to tailor individualized care plans.
• Implement integrated care strategies, ensuring that clients have access to services that are responsive to their needs.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions that empower clients and encourage them to participate actively in their recovery processes.
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients, family members, and other healthcare providers to ensure a coordinated approach to care.
• Engage in crisis intervention strategies when necessary, providing immediate support and guidance during critical moments.
• Document all interactions and interventions accurately, ensuring that records are kept up-to-date for compliance and quality assurance.
• Assist in monitoradherence to admission, continued stay, and discharge criteria, ensuring that clients receive proper treatment services.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 85,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
