Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough video intake assessments with new clients to evaluate their psychological symptoms, daily functioning, and overall mental health history.

• Design and implement customized therapy programs that align with clients' lifestyles and therapeutic needs, fostering greater engagement and compliance.

• Provide ongoing support through our digital platform, ensuring clients receive real-time encouragement, education, and necessary adjustments to their care plans.

• Utilize integrated analytics to monitor client progress, regularly reviewing engagement data and clinical assessments to enhance treatment efficacy.

• Celebrate client achievements and collaboratively address any barriers that may hinder their engagement in the therapeutic process.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and detailed records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and professional standards.

• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, fellow social workers, and other healthcare providers to ensure a holistic approach to care.

• Engage in case reviews and participate in ongoing team meetings and professional development opportunities to enhance your clinical skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on school-age children and adolescents facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and co-occurring disorders. You will work closely with students and their families, developing strong therapeutic alliances that encourage open communication and trust. By adapting your therapeutic techniques to fit their unique situations, you will empower young clients to overcome their challenges and thrive.

Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Social Work, with a current state license in good standing.
• A minimum of two years of documented clinical social work experience, preferably with an LCSW designation.
• Strong ability to use technology effectively for daily operations, including virtual consultations and electronic health records management.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of articulating complex concepts in an approachable manner.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Dependability and a proactive work ethic, evidenced through a strong commitment to client care.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with simulation-based education or similar innovative teaching methods.
• Background in providing clinical supervision to less experienced social work practitioners.
• Involvement in higher education in social work or related fields.
• A familiarity with school systems and an understanding of the unique challenges faced by students in educational settings.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $90,000, commensurate with experience.
