You can expect a culture that values proactive updates, regular check-ins, and clear documentation to ensure transparency and accountability. Many remote teams foster a collaborative environment through virtual meetings, online social events, and shared digital spaces for informal chats. While flexibility is a key benefit, strong communication skills and self-motivation are crucial to staying engaged and contributing to team goals.
