Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to develop personalized treatment plans that emphasize evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions tailored specifically to each client.
• Implement therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) to assist clients in achieving their treatment goals, helping them embrace resilience and renewed hope.
• Maintain meticulous clinical records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA and all regulatory standards to uphold the highest level of ethical practice.
• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to provide comprehensive care, sharing insights and expertise that enhance client outcomes.
• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review sessions to continually improve care quality, receiving peer feedback and sharing best practices.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health, treatment options, and available resources, empowering them to navigate challenges and make informed decisions.
• Stay informed on the latest research and advances in the mental health field to integrate new insights into practice and enhance client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As an LCSW, you will work with a diverse patient population in our rehabilitation center, helping individuals confront the complexities of trauma, anxiety, ADHD, and depression. You will provide personalized support aimed at guiding clients through their unique experiences, fostering resilience and growth as they work toward recovery.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, reflecting your commitment to academic and professional excellence.
• An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Florida, showcasing your qualifications to provide high-quality care.
• Demonstrated expertise in utilizing solution-based psychotherapy techniques, allowing for tailored interventions that resonate with each client's individual needs.

Compensation and Benefits
