Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Gotham Enterprises Ltd, you will have the following responsibilities:

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary client base will include individuals receiving hospice care, along with their families. These clients often face profound emotional and psychological challenges related to end-of-life issues, chronic illness, and grief. You will be instrumental in helping them navigate these complex feelings while promoting psychological resilience and emotional peace.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

  • Education: A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is mandatory.
  • Licensing: A current and valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license is required. Note: We cannot accept limited/provisional licenses or those with disciplinary actions.
  • Strong clinical skills in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust with clients.
Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, the following experiences will be considered advantageous:

  • Experience in managing a diverse caseload effectively.
  • Familiarity with telehealth tools and practices, ensuring comfort and fluency in a remote working environment.
  • Preference for candidates with dual or multi-state certification, which can enhance service delivery across regions.
