Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed clinical assessments to ascertain clients' mental health needs and develop effective, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to their objectives.
• Provide individual, couples, and group therapy using a variety of therapeutic techniques, ensuring to apply methodologies that are proven effective in mental health treatment.
• Engage actively with interdisciplinary treatment teams to facilitate comprehensive client care, sharing insights and collaborating on holistic treatment approaches.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring that all information remains protected.
• Participate in regular clinical supervision, case reviews, and professional development workshops to enhance your skills and knowledge in the ever-evolving field of mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clientele is diverse, representing individuals coping with a range of mental health challenges including, but not limited to, anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, trauma, addiction issues, and life transitions. Qualifications

• A valid license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Virginia is required.
• A Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling or a related field from an accredited program.

• Proficiency with evidence-based therapeutic techniques and effective therapeutic interventions.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $50,000 to $80,000 per year, accompanied by various performance bonuses to reward your hard work and dedication.
