Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals with mental health issues related to substance abuse, forming the foundation for effective treatment planning.
• Develop tailored treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), ensuring each plan is aligned with the patient's unique recovery goals.
• Provide individualized psychotherapy sessions, focusing on the emotional and psychological aspects of recovery while addressing co-occurring disorders.
• Maintain meticulous and compliant clinical records, documenting treatment interventions and patient progress accurately to uphold ethical and legal standards.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care across all levels of service.
• Educate patients and their families about mental health resources, recovery processes, and coping strategies, empowering them with knowledge and tools needed for sustainable wellness.
• Engage in ongoing professional development, staying current with research, treatment methodologies, and best practices within the field of substance abuse therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, providing a strong foundation in clinical practice.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary between USD 80,000 and 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
