Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at our clinic, your daily responsibilities may include:

• Conducting individual and couples therapy sessions, adapting your approach to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Utilizing our integrated billing service to manage client accounts, including navigating insurance claims and eligibility checks.
• Consistently maintaining up-to-date client records and documentation, ensuring notes and treatment plans are completed promptly to comply with regulatory requirements.
• Scheduling and coordinating follow-up appointments, while keeping an organized calendar to manage your caseload efficiently.
• Demonstrating the ability to work with clients exhibiting diverse clinical presentations, from anxiety and depression to relationship challenges and substance use disorders.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will focus on a varied patient population within the Detox Center setting, addressing both individual and couple's needs across the lifespan. Our clients come to us for help navigating mental health challenges and substance use issues, making your role critical in supporting their recovery and enhancing their quality of life.

Qualifications

To excel in this position, candidates should possess:

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Clinical Psychology or Social Work, with current LCSW licensure for independent practice.
• Strong professionalism, exceptional therapeutic boundaries, cultural competence, and exemplary self-motivation.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, balanced with a commitment to client care.
• Availability for a full-time schedule, with a minimum commitment of 20-25 hours per week, including at least 2 evenings per week.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, experience in couples therapy or further specialized training will be highly regarded. We encourage candidates who value ongoing professional development and have a keen interest in expanding their therapeutic skills.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive salary range between $70,000 and $100,000 annually, along with potential bonuses based on performance. Additional benefits include:
