Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your role will encompass a variety of responsibilities, including:

• Counseling clients through one-on-one video chat sessions, focusing on enhancing their mental health and emotional well-being.
• Fostering an open and trusting atmosphere where clients feel comfortable discussing their emotions, thoughts, and experiences.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
• A valid LMFT license from a recognized state board; limited or provisional licenses are not accepted.
• Ability to make professional evaluations, maintain clinical decision-making skills, and implement effective treatment strategies.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate demeanor that fosters supportive client relationships.
• Proficiency in using technology for teletherapy, including video conferencing tools and practice management software.

Preferred Experience

While a minimum of two years of experience is required, candidates with previous experience in outpatient therapy settings, particularly with adult populations, will be highly regarded.
