Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments of students' mental health needs while developing personalized treatment plans that align with educational goals.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records utilizing electronic health record systems to ensure compliance and high-quality care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on school-aged children and adolescents, addressing a variety of mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and trauma. Building a rapport with students and understanding their individual needs will be essential for effective intervention, as you work toward promoting their academic and emotional well-being.

Qualifications

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is essential for this role.

• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Illinois is required.

• Knowledge and experience with solution-focused psychotherapy and other therapeutic modalities is highly desirable.

• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse populations in educational settings.

Preferred Experience

While a minimum of two years of clinical experience is required, experience working within school settings or with pediatric populations will be highly beneficial. Demonstrated ability to work autonomously in a remote environment and experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems will enhance your candidacy.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
