Key Responsibilities

  • Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused short therapy, for individuals, couples, families, and groups.
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate clinical records in compliance with state laws and ethical standards, ensuring thorough documentation of each client's progress.
  • Collaborate with a diverse team of healthcare providers—including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers—to develop a holistic treatment plan for clients.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and training sessions to stay abreast of the latest advancements in mental health therapies and practice.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a wide array of clients from various backgrounds, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, substance misuse, and more. Qualifications
