Well Minded Therapy is excited to announce an opening for a full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Palmdale, California. This remote role is integral to our mission of supporting students and families in a school setting, helping them navigate mental health challenges and achieve their personal goals. The LCSW will take a proactive stance in conducting assessments, formulating treatment plans, and delivering therapeutic services tailored to the unique needs of young individuals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough client assessments to identify mental health needs and create targeted treatment plans that address individual goals.
  • Facilitate structured individual therapy sessions, employing evidence-based techniques that are relevant to the educational context.
  • Utilize telehealth platforms to provide remote counseling, ensuring accessibility for all students, including those who may face transportation or other barriers.
  • Adhere to ethical standards in social work practice, maintaining client confidentiality and professional integrity at all times.
  • Accurately document treatment progress and maintain comprehensive records in compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
